auto racing arena with the Covenant Racing Team
to promote the Christian ministries of both organizations.
American Family Radio makes no financial contribution
to any racing organization or racing team carrying
it=s logo. In fact the opposite is true. It is
reverse sponsorship whereby Covenant Racing Team
designates their winnings from a predetermined
race to be donated to American Family Radio for
the support of the American Family Radio network
and it=s various ministries.
Covenant Racing Team owner Doug
Thompson stated, We are delighted American Family
Radio has come on board with our racing team and
allowed us to proudly display the American Family
Radio decal on our race cars. We are a proud supporter
of American Family Radio and their various ministries.
We believe race teams and race fans across the
nation will welcome the opportunity to be involved
in the support of American Family Radio.@
Race teams across the nation
will be asked to become a member of the Covenant
Racing Team. As a member of the Covenant Racing
Team the race team will designate the proceeds
of a predetermined race to be paid to American
Family Radio. The race team will receive a Covenant
Racing Team decal for its car and an American
Family Radio decal to proudly display on the race
car.
There is no membership fee or
dues to become a member of the Covenant Racing
Team, only a commitment to designate the proceeds
from a predetermined race to be donated to American
Family Radio to support their ministries and a
pledge to glorify the Lord=s name by the actions
of the team and its members on and off the race
track.

Covenant Racing Team membership
is open to all teams from grassroots racing through
NASCAR. The size of the donation from a specific
racing event may vary from grassroots to NASCAR
but the commitment between the teams is identical.
